Flight test and review of the H68 Belwether quadcopter boasting a flight time of 20 minutes with a 3.7v 1800 mah battery but in the test flight it did not get the 20 minutes but 12 minutes instead.
All other functions worked well on this quadcopter and with the wifi phone app turned on, it did not display any interference and the controls of the remote was accurate without latency but the video recording is not in sync but faster than real time and has frame drops.

Hey Pete ! Nice review buddy. I'm not keen on these phone app quads , but given that it works so well with the hard remote it's kinda hard to call this one a loser. Take off the cam, and use the hard remote, and I think this is a very nice beginner quad. Fit a nice 5.8 lightweight cam to it and it's probably a nice FPV trainer too. It's nice they went the extra mile too with the extra, extra spares , and pre fitting the screws is a nice touch ... every little helps. It's sometimes the small touches that go such a long way, just a shame they went down the phone/tablet wifi route. Thumbs up buddy 👍👍👍

Yeah it is nice when landing legs comes primed with a screw ready to be fastened. Makes life easier for sure. This could be a really good fpv trainer. First time ever for spares including spare landing legs!!! lol and prop guards!!!

Hey Pete I ordered one of these for practice. Total newbees here n don't wanna trash my bigger more expensive ones learning. This unit looks very useful for practice but the app sucks. Don't matter cause I've never seen a cell phone I could see outside. Need a hood!! I guess .I been collecting drones. Have a Syma X8C and X8HG and B X8 pro and Bayang X 21 and some other little ones. And an 8807 that is promising. Just trying to learn. Nearly and need alt hold cause coordinating the throttle n yaw is too many things for me right now. Duh

Hello Pete, looks like we are in the same desert. I was given this drone from my son which he got as xmas present a few years ago, It's missing a few parts. Intoday's date and time what app works with this drone? I tried a few and none are seeing the drone. Thanks

Has anyone been able to get the app to work? I downloaded it and tried to use the app but all I got was a black screen whenever I launch the app. App name I downloaded is JJRC. There are a number of other apps in the playstore with similar names. I have an android phone. OS is version 9. Any ideas? Maybe a link to the android app that works for you?
Nice review Pete, can you tell what size motors are on this quad? It’s hard to find these style quads with 8mm motors.

Standard problems with this. Laggy FPV with little range and even on the app alone is virtually unusable except when really close in. Not their best effort. Probably better as a non-FPV flyying practice toy

Nice little quad with a HUGE 1s battery, but WHY the crappy camera and WiFi JJRC? It looks like 480p at best, like something from 3 years back - yuck! It's hard to believe that this and the MJX X708P are from the same generation, and the 708 is actually cheaper!
Slow speed better video i think buddy mine says I has 5 speed settings
So it being 3 speed, is the 1st setting (slowest motor/propeller revolutions) best for both physical remote & phone/wifi operation? Lastly, are there actually 5 speed settings instead of the 3 that it specifies and if so, how do you access the settings in order to manipulate this?
