hey! hope you're well 😊 I've seen some makeup artists on RUclips using those makeup sponges and what they do is they run the sponges under water before they apply their makeup and when they wet the sponge it apparently helps apply the makeup. the makeup sponges are commonly used for wet makeups, so concealer and foundation liquid makeup instead of the dry/powdered makeup, although you can use them whatever way works for you! Hi Haiying - you soak your sponge until it doubles in size, squeeze all the water out until it’s damp, and then you use it with liquid foundation and bounce it into your skin. There are some great beauty blender videos on RUclips that will help. It’ll probably also work dry like you’re doing too but it’s best when the sponge itself is damp and the product too. ❤
