Why is the cochlear magnetic is located right above his ear? It’s my understanding that the magnetic is always located behind the ear.
Thank you for contacting us today! This is a great question, the location of the implant is determined based on the patient's anatomy and the surgeon's recommendation. Every person's implant location can be slightly different.
