Hello my lovely subscribers 😊 this is my last long form video on RUclips for the year. Hope you’ll all have a lovely Christmas and a Happy New 2024. Thank you so much for your support and your kind comments. Thanks for sticking around when I was stuck in the hospital and could not make videos. I hope next year will give us all more creativity, happiness and prosperity. I’ve got more videos coming up next year so stay tuned and if you want more before then I have a good collection on Patreon that you can watch. ❤🎄😄
I hope you're doing well Leila, best of luck to you. These videos always teach me so much, thank you for posting
Thank you 😊hope you are well too@@SNESdrunk
The salt technique is so mesmerizing 😮❤
It is incredible but also unpredictable 😆
Прекрасное видео, много новой информации, как обычно, спасибо Лейла.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you :)
Your eye to detail and how you use shadows and washed paint in water colour to give depth to your painting is amazing. I quit painting 15 years ago but seeing you motivates me to pick up the brush again 😊
Definitely go for it!! This is a good project to get back into it. It’s relatively quick and you can do a few to play with paint. 😄
Beautiful video, thank you Leila ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you :)
Beautiful and informative as always 😊
Thank you :)
SALT!
Wow Leila... I never thought salt would make such an amazing winter look with water colors. I can't wait to try it! Again you're the best! Thanks again my bud. Now you have to explain how to get an icy look with water colors...
Haha I’m glad you liked it!! Icy will be in the next tutorial 😄 but it’s not what you’re expecting 😉
Wonderful!
Thank you 😊
Love this Leila! If you had these for sale on your website signed by you to us I would have happily bought one :) So creative
Thank you 😊 happy holidays 🎄

Howdy Flower : - A nice little nugget of festive-artistic joy this episode, you make "learner/total novice" paintings very tempting, even to a mechanical, non-creative luddite/greasemonkey like myself (!). Bespoke (one of my favourite words in the English language) Christmas cards always being a nice touch to receive from someone - I've received a small handful over the years, going from "interesting", and that's being polite!, to : - Wow, that must have taken you hours.....??. Ta for the head's up of you having the rest of the year away from uploads, quite a justified decision in my book.....
Like other commenters, the effect you got on the card painting you applied salt to is amazing = I bet even a modern/hi-tech printer would struggle to re-create such an effect?.
"Foggy Blobs"???.
Don't ever try and tell me you're not very fluent in the English language...... Most Brits would struggle to come up with such a descriptive, accurate term for something!!. Have a lovely Christmas + The Very Best Luck For '24 : - That's your family too, **Important As They Are In Life For All Of Us.....**. Bye, Nick x
Hahaha 🤣I was lost for words and 'foggy blobs' was what popped into my head. You too have a Merry holiday time!
Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and Happy New year in advance 😊
P.S.= But don't Russians celebrate Christmas in January??
Thank you very much and same to you 🎄❤
