The restarting part (restarting PC) works, all this other stuff, does not. Started happening about 3 days ago, and twice today-once before doing everything in this video, and again after. This for me did not fix. Restarting is a temporary fix. I need to get to the bottom of this. Super annoying...

Same with me. That last step wasn’t there but my problem was fixed by this time.
Network address is found under lan connection. Not wifi
It turned out it was because of Avast Antivirus :)

Guys if it still shows dns server not responding then select the "Obtain DNS server automatically" above where you enter the "8888" thingy.
