The fact he's such an unbelievable performer, yet still has such a sweet silly childlike nature to him offstage is amazing. He's been in the industry since he was 11 and hasn't had a break since. He's so talented he could have an ego, but he's super humble and still gets shy when he's complimented. It's really a testament to how well his SHINee hyungs raised him. He's forever their baby and you can tell how much care they took into looking after him. It's almost scary to think where he'd be if he wasn't raised by them.
The fact that he still holds such a pure outlook of the world (while being smart enough to navigate within the boundaries of a Korean idol in an ever-changing industry and dealing with idol-fan relationships without ever crossing the line) and stocks to his old school values is such a testimony to his professionalism and great parenting from SHiNee
