WHY are we not taught this from the time we can talk?? It would change the world, no more bloodshed and wars due to fear and EGO. Why are we taught what’s not helpful instead of learning how to deal with this internal endless and energy wasting chatter ? If we learn from a tender age how to live with being uncomfortable and embrace it , we would be a beautiful society that shares and not demands and forcefully take from others. I wish I knew how to when I raised my own little inhabitants of this world and they would know how to teach their own .

@@SeatsofContemplation When I go to transcript I see what is highlighted that is what is being spoken, I tap the three dots and it starts what was being spoken over again. I am using an IPhone, do I use a computer to copy and paste. I want to copy this and translate this in Spanish for a friend in Mexico.
@@richardhart2291 Yes, use a computer. Also, if you change your default language in RUclips to Spanish, it will translate the transcript to Spanish automatically. And if your friend has access to RUclips, if they turn on Closed Caption, the captions will be in Spanish.

Is there a way to convert the transcript to be able to print it out?
You can toggle the timestamps off (3 dots at top of Transcript) and copy & paste it. Is that what you need?
