I have a so called Knot on the back of my neck. Its in between the size of a nickel and a quarter. I'm not really sure how long it has been on there but i noticed it in 2015. It's on the outer side of the back of my neck. Its not hard but its not soft. In between i suppose. I'm also able to move it around but i can tell it is fixed onto my neck. I feel perfectly healthy but i worry alot about it. I've been putting off going to get it checked out only because the doctors in my area pick and pry as if they are wanting to find something wrong with you. I sometimes think that the knot is hurting or pain radiates from it. But i can rub my shoulder and rub above it on the back of my head and the pain goes away.. Could this be a lipoma? Is there lymph nodes that far back on the neck maybe? I know i shouldn't self diagnose myself with things, but i'm just curious if anyone else has this type of knot on the back of there neck?
sounds like you are describing soft tissue disfunction especially if you say it is painful and then after massaging the pain goes away. Keep in mind you say you have had this for 3 years that you knew about that means it has been there for a while. You can keep apeasing it and making it feel better temporarily but it won't go away until you massage it like you are a body builder entering into a competition. How much do they work out? yes that is how much massaging needs to go on. If not taken care of eventually I bet one of the doctors will want to fuse your cervical spine. Good luck.

Dzem it depends. Not all pipes and not all wells are in the same condition. In a perfect world perhaps a clean as can be well would be preferred, however there are drawbacks. You don’t have constant testing, they can still become contaminated, and they are 100% your responsibility. Newer pipes are cleaner of course and you have constant testing that has to meet EPA standards. Atlas The World on my shoulders the 5min a day was just to get people to do something lol. I will share a story of mine. I used to be a personal trainer. I worked out 2x a day, took supplements, I went each rep till failure. Believe me I felt the "burn". I thought I was doing a good job because my muscles were getting harder. Until one day a 65 yr old man stepped on my legs and told me I was dying. I was in pain and pissed but when I went to get him back by stepping on this old mans legs it did not hurt him. In fact his legs were so soft It felt like stepping on soft foam. I quickly spent just as much time a day massaging myself as I would working out. It took me about a year just to lower my shoulders and get the knots out of that area. The more you work out the faster you achieve your fitness goal (imagine working out for only 5min a day) same is to be said with massage. It takes a long time don't give up.
I have so many (always working on them though!!) and lately I've had my hips readjusted by someone that works with bones in a modern chinese medicine place, but anyway! since then I've got nasty knots in my hamstrings and one huge one in my calf that even trying to to massage it it just moves from side to side (I could be wrong but I've never had that before and to me it does feel knot) and I'm guessing it's because my legs have probably never been in that position before and now they are it's created that, or potentially it could have been there all along but I've never noticed it until now! great channel 👌
