Hi I'm having trouble with what displays on the screen by propresenter. When I click on the audience button to Display lyrics on the lower part of the screen there is a black row where propresenter doesn't display anything, I doubt it has something to do with the screen itself because when I am not using propresenter that lower bottom does function correctly so I think I'm having trouble figuring out what the issue is

Hey man! What if you have two separate Extended displays? How would you connect to Mac?
When you connect multiple displays to your Mac, they will show up as multiple extended displays. These you can set as outputs in ProPresenter 7. I"m not sure I completely understand the question, Pls send me an email. -Nathan

Hello Great video! I have a problem, we click the identify buttom and the other outputs showed the mac information as it should, but we cant get rid of the information now. Do you know how to remove that identify information! Thank you!
If you click identify and the identifier does not go away, then re-start ProPresenter. I would reach out to support if that does not work, they are quick to respond and this sounds like a weird BUG I have not heard about. -Nathan
Hello so we are having trouble displaying our screen to the big projector we followed your steps we clicked identify but all that showed up was a little picture then nothing happen when we clicked audience is there another way we can show the slide show on the projector without showing our side ?

Hey so im having a provlem with this. Anytime i click identify it still shows my laptop screen. But when i fix it and restart my laptop, it goes back to default.
If you are identifying the laptop screen then that makes sense, be sure to select an external display. Or else you might have found a bug, I'd reach out to Renewed Vision Tech Support if you think it's a glitch. They are very good at looking at what issues users are having and giving great answers. -Nathan

How do you get PP to work on Sonoma MAC OS?
With newer OSX versions there is always a chance things won't work properly. If you are having issues, I'd suggest reaching out to Pro7 Support. Then are fantastic.
Can I use Apple TV to connect both two tv screens
Yes, according to goole you can extend your desktop to more than one Apple TV. It won't be as fast of a response time as the wired connction, so I'd advise against it for mission critical screens such as Lyrics. It could be good for Lobby Digital Signage TVs for example. -Nathan R
How can I stream a oculus presentation from pro presenter
You would need to use a capture card such as the (BlackMagic UltraStudio Recorder 3G) to get an HDMI input from the Oculus to Pro7, Then you can stream the feed. -Nathan
How to connect my PC and my TV physically?
If your computer has an HDMI port, then connect an HDMI cable from the computer to the TV. You might need to use a USB-C to HDMI converter, to then connect to the HDMI cable to the TV. -Nathan
Hello man, so Iam planning to get Mac mini which has one hdmi only. How can I have another hdmi output for church screens???
What is your video wall on the stage in the video of your church stage?
It's a wall that I built out of 4x8ft sheets with 1,000 pixels on each panel. Connected together to build any size wall. Email me if you'd like info about buying one, I've got it ready to go as a pretty solid product. -Nathan
