Amazing video bro. Which AF is the best for this type of production? example, wide, zone, etc.. and which setting do you have? example, reactive 5, 7 etc..

The monitor can be used for viewing and change setting on the move, zoom in, zoom out, etc. For pulling focus not even close! lol but you can also use the cable, find ways! lol.

Im surprised your not having any signal issues with the Sony App. Mine always have trouble connecting so I dont even use it anymore not trustworthy in production. I moved on to the DJI transmission system phenomenal I would recommended it.
