- Today we head to the Tar Heel State for a Rogue home gym tour with Chip Burti, a former rugby player who’s put his focus into powerbuilding (powerlifting + bodybuilding) in recent years. Chip put together his streamlined home gym by starting with an Echo Bike and building out from there, with a bright green RM-6 Monster Power Rack now serving as the centerpiece of his training space.
You can check out detailed info about some of Chip’s favorite gear below. For more garage gym ideas, you can also see our expanded gallery of Rogue-equipped home gyms here: www.roguefitness.com/facility...
Big thanks to @clb121781 for touring us through his space!

Great looking home gym - how did you make that deadlifting platform?
Lots of $$$
What is the attachment on the top left hand side of the cage. It looks like a lat pull down attachment but I can't seem to find it on the Rogue website. Thanks
It’s the UPS from Surplus Strength
@@clb121781 thank you. Much appreciated
What trap bar are you using?
Giant lifting northland open trap bar V4
How do I get the same size rack? The rm-6 takes up too much space in my garage
When ordering, request in the comments to swap out the 43” crossmembers with 30” crossmembers. There’s no saving but, worry it to me.
What kind of pulley system is on there?
It’s the UPS from Surplus Strength
@@clb121781 thanks Chip
Hip Drive
your gyms dont hold enough weight for me..
i have to use a railroad track.. and reinforced wood structure beneath it..
.. so no sale here guy.
Badass, can I get one for my home!
Another sweet unused gymnasium. Not a scratch or even scuff on anything including the plates. No sign of chalk on the floor. Looks cleaner than a hospital room and that’s no exaggeration.
If I were going to put a video of anything in my house online, whether it be a home gym, back yard, walkthrough of the entire place or anything in-between, you better believe that I'm going to clean everything & make it nice & tidy.
My man, some like to take care of their equipment. Your videos of your home gym do not include scuffs or chalk either, relax 💪💪
@@BasementBrandon They do actually, my man. Over 500 videos mostly lifting.
@@tcgtpl I get that, but you can’t easily clean built up chalk from rubber without lots of water. And certainly can’t remove scratches from equipment. Why bother anyway, it’s a gym not a classic car.
If you followed Chip on IG, you know it has been used.
