I met Colin when he was in a 3 piece band from Lima, Ohio called Goodbye Session with Omar and Rey. I was there in the days when they transitioned from GS to 4 piece Hit the Lights. I remember listening to their first CD release of songs as HTL that had not yet been mastered. I knew they had something then.
Colin Ross was the band. HTL are not the same now... and yeah, he sounds that good live. I used to hang out with the guys when they played bowling alleys in Michigan. When he left, that was it for me.
