Chile First Impressions & Things to Do in San Pedro de Atacama

San Pedro de Atacama was our first stop in Chile after we crossed the border of Bolivia to enter Chile as part of our "Salar de Uyuni to San Pedro de Atacama" tour.
In this video, we share our first impressions of Chile, the border crossing experience, weather, price and our travel experiences in San Pedro de Atacama.
The town of San Pedro de Atacama is on an arid plateau, part of the Atacama Desert, the driest non-polar region on the earth.
We explored the town and took 3 tours which provided us glimpses of the desert landscapes, high altitude lakes (Altiplanic Lagoons) and wildlife.

Hola...The history of the Pacific war is interesting, and we found the glimpses of it, memoirs, in various parts of Bolivia.
When we found the insect, it was a sudden realization that we found it in the least expected environment, so true what you mentioned! We loved watching the night skies in Uyuni and Atacama. So beautiful!
