Love that colour. I've just ordered the disc frameset that Chameleon and Cyan Blue in a 56cm. For road cycling I'm using Enve 5.6 SES disc wheels with ExtraLite hubs. I'm going to have another set of wheels with lighter wider rims and Schwalbe G-One Speed 30mm tyres for some light gravel rides.
I’ve had mine for about a week now. The weight depends on which wheels and tyres I put on it. With my Enve 5.6 wheels it is 7.0kg with pedals, bottle cages and Garmin mount. With my lighter 35mm deep wheels it weighs 6.8kg with everything on it. I know it would be lighter with tubular wheels and tyres but I like to run tubeless 25mm clincher tyres. Without pedals, bottle cages the Garmin mount the bike would be 6.4kg.
I looked at a fully dressed one of these at the local bike shop. I lifted it up and it felt like 2 or 3 pounds. Insanity that it's stiffer, faster, lighter and has so many gadgets and batteries. It's rechargeable and weighs less than the plug that recharges my phone.....and it's a complete bike.
My 2018 Roubaix Expert has this type of color scheme! Although it isn't through the entire bike which is sad. The majority of the bike is a glossy black with large stripes of this paint.

Have you received yours yet? Hope you like it.
Sweet setup! What is the weight of the full bike? Planning to get mine at the end of the year.

Great review! I've read and watched every other review, but still managed to learn some things here. Thanks!
Glad you learned a bit more!
This frame is just perfect
Isn't it? So nice
Beautiful frame. Been debating that color. Assuming you’ll build this up into a bike. If so please post a video of the completed build. Thanks!
I agree, fantastic color. For a friend, was built with Etap and 404s
@@Jamesthebikeguy do you have full bike video for this colour

Crazy isnt it? What a cool bike!
it's alien. I think if anyone doubts our space program or technology they should just look at this bike.

Your Roubaix has an awesome paint job too!
Good review, thanks.
Thanks for watching!
Where do you get this color?
Your Specialized dealer should be able to order you one!
Jamesthebikeguy can’t seem to get in the UK 😦
is it durable? They feel so thin and delicate.
Lifetime warranty so durable enough id say
A bit of a rip off of Canyon and BMC bikes, but it's nice. Better be for an $11,000 bike. Bike prices are pretty incredible these days.
What about it is a rip-off. Neither brand has anything like this.
yay!! more useless proprietary crap!! woohoo!! Nice looking frame though and i'm sure it rides nice. Thanks much for weighing the parts...
What proprietary parts are of concern?
stop teasing us peasant with s works
Lol, gorgeous frame eh?
Marketing BS at its best
What about this is marketing BS
Just don’t drop it! Will break like peanut brittle.
No way. These bikes are a heck of a lot stronger than you give them credit.
it's so light that dropping it doesn't apply that much force to it. it probably weighs less than a 1 square inch of peanut brittle candy.
