My flue thermistor broke off. The part that broke off part number is 7450P - 026 in the manual. I called support and they said that they couldn't help me because I wasn't a licensed appliance repair tech but the guy on the phone told me some stuff to check so they were pretty nice about not helping LOL. The part that screws in the housing completely broke off and it was laying beside the exhaust stack. . I cant post any pictures or I would. I have an HTP EL - 150.

same thing happened to mine. then it failed altogether
