i think they might still spawn from silo loot because they are listed in the scenario still. i havent found any consistent areas for silver yet if i do i will update

I got Gozochio from 1 of those shadows as well. So, I got 2. 1 from quest and 1 from a shadow mob.
regarding Snapshot Manual Photograph, did you OTS or ADS while shooting? hip firing won't increase dmg to target but OTS or ADS shooting do for me.

Space tuner is great if you have friends playing and want to tp them to you and dig by boy is available
