For context regarding the Bad Guys joke, right before hand, Diane asked what Mr. Wolf had to lose after a bit of an argument regarding the Bad Guys actually going good and he said "I don't know, my dignity!?" which is when Diane gestured at the sheep costume he was forced to wear before saying the line in the video. Later on in the film they very much flirt with each other and you can see her genuinely disappointed when Mr. Wolf doesn't acknowledge her at first while at the 'Gala For Goodness' that occurs in the film around 10-15 or so minutes later. Sidenote, one of the things you can be charged with in the Bad Guys world while in California or at least LA is 'assault with a deadly snake'.
Now do Rocko's Modern Life jokes that kids missed: Cleanest to Dirtiest. Rocko's Modern Life is not exactly shy about making adult jokes and references. Many of them got censored or edited in future airings and various media releases. Two episodes even got banned. Leap Frogs for Bev trying to seduce Rocko and Heff in a Handbasket for its depictions of Heck (It's called that in the show)
Rocko’s modern life overall is a sex joke on top of a dick joke with frequent masturbation jokes in between. It was popular in the 90s to sneak stuff past the censors, and a lot of people say that Animaniacs were the peak of it, but I don’t think they can even hold a candle to Rocko. One you missed in Peabody & Sherman: While they're going through a tomb, they activate a booby trap which Peabody points out. Sherman goes "Haha, you said booby!" which prompts a disapproving glare from Peabody.
The whole thing with Gobber is actually explained in a comic, (they often do this with star wars as well) so its less of an adult joke, and more just something put in there for only hardcore fans to notice.

As someone who’s watched Madagascar throughout my childhood, I’ve always thought that Marty was exclaiming “Melma-“ as if he was try to say Melman’s name in a “What is wrong with you, nasty?!” Type of way. For context regarding the Bad Guys joke, right before hand, Diane asked what Mr. Wolf had to lose after a bit of an argument regarding the Bad Guys actually going good and he said "I don't know, my dignity!?" which is when Diane gestured at the sheep costume he was forced to wear before saying the line in the video. Later on in the film they very much flirt with each other and you can see her genuinely disappointed when Mr. Wolf doesn't acknowledge her at first while at the 'Gala For Goodness' that occurs in the film around 10-15 or so minutes later.
Sidenote, one of the things you can be charged with in the Bad Guys world while in California or at least LA is 'assault with a deadly snake'.

Rocko's Modern Life is not exactly shy about making adult jokes and references. Many of them got censored or edited in future airings and various media releases. Two episodes even got banned. Leap Frogs for Bev trying to seduce Rocko and Heff in a Handbasket for its depictions of Heck (It's called that in the show)
Rocko’s modern life overall is a sex joke on top of a dick joke with frequent masturbation jokes in between. It was popular in the 90s to sneak stuff past the censors, and a lot of people say that Animaniacs were the peak of it, but I don’t think they can even hold a candle to Rocko. True fans know that the chicken wasn’t “Chewy”.
