Doomkins flavour text is "Now THIS is mana cheating" which is awesome
The problem with every broken druid decks have been ramping. I was glad when ramping was gone when the new rotation happens but now they can do it more effectively then ever while denying the opponent mana.
Yeah, but remember when this card was beyond unplayable? Might get used to it, because this greedy meta will last for at least a year, thanks to zilliax and reno

This is all thanks to the madman himself, Dane. I watched the mana stealing video a week ago and here I am surprised that it's actually top tier meta and breaking the will of HS players everywhere.
I'm playing face volley maul mage. Number 2 I think I'm playing maybe pain zoo warlock or 2 frost 1 blood death knight. Or warlock/death knight zoo?
Is excavate still in standard. Excavate is good. Eliza goreblade. Although frostbitten freebooter and Quartzite crusher?
Question, if you pass your turn without expending any mana, and your opponengr play doomkin, he doesnt stral any mana right? Since those are unspen mana crystals right?

I've tried toyrantus instead of zylliax (i do not have zillyax) and I must say the result is pretty good. A decent budget option
when you are playing 10 mana cards turn 6, there's no way to balance that. You can't even out aggro the deck due to swipe.

Evenlock Counters the Druid okay. Especially if you can Stick a Giant or Giant Demon on turns 3 or 4. Druid doesn't really have answers to them and playing doomkin at that point means they die to giant minions lol. Even climbed to legend farming the druids with Evenlock or maybe I just got lucky.
Just play insanity warlock and Druid will be no more a problem.

Best option to counter Doomkin is to get lucky and scam out a Haywire/Power module Zilliax on turn 3. Go ahead play your Doomkin while I'm smacking your face for 20 :)
I used to play the hybrid druid deck and while this deck is much more powerful it certainly is way more unfair and quite less fun in my opinion : I love Marin shenanigans but the ramp and mana steal is crazy, I could delay aoes and have so much more mana than the opponent it was just illegal

Is this why people keep conceding to my druid deck? I don't even run Doomkin, it's just dragons, Aviana, and a couple swipes/spell damage cards. I was wondering what was up with that.
Would be nice to have dust to be able to create one of these high cost decks. Anybody...advice on the best way to get dust? Used to seem to break extra cards down. Can't break anything down anymore. Spend real money for decks? Is the only way?
Build a cheap deck like spell.mage, play games, doesn't matter if you win or lise, just complete missions and make gold, use gold to buy packs. The only cards you can't dust are cards you get for free, either from rewards or the core set.
There's no way in a world you get ~16k dust in short time. Just pay up for the meta to shift again

But personally... nah, there isnt any fun on those decks, if i could dust Marin i'd have done it already. A too personal take, but i truly dislike broken card and the meta, im sure that HS tournament will run decks with all ziliax, reno and/or marin, or worse, all of them :'3
I mean dorian is the real issue right? Getting all the high cards for 1 is just brutal to play against even with mana lmao.

I hate this mana steal card. It’s literally FUN POLICE, you leave the opponent with no answer. Pretty sure ppl that likes this also love 8 mana Lone Ranger and bombing 18 enemy cards.

You're aware you can kind of counter it by not leaving full mana crystals right?
@@taschentuchkollone you mean not spending mana. It says take your opponents empty mana. As in your punished turn 6-9 for spending mana. Then you're 2 mana crystals behind.

The fact that Druid can ramp and then also steal the opponents mana is a joke. Makes the game unplayable to your opponent and just frustrating to the point where deleting the game is a great option. The game is turning into a complete slot machine. Pull the arm and hope you hit. This is the beginning of then end of hearthstone. I’ve been playing since release and have heard hearthstone is dead a ton of time but the state of the game is just not enjoyable for me. I’m sure I’m not the only one. Rip hearthstone

I still reach diamond 5 every season but that doesn't mean the meta is healthy. I literally climb with Excavate Warlock...

the most busted deck to me is shuffle death knight, having 10+ plagues in your deck which are endless with helya are just the most unbalanced thing in hs to me right now, they should make helya shuffle 3-4 „empowered plagues“ in your deck and only these 3 are endless

Games end too quickly for that to be a real problem. If every game went to fatigue, I would agree with you. But they very rarely do, so the plagues are just annoying.
