Is a good option , don't forget , fabric can be agitated this way , depend quality , video show microfiber , is very standar , some can saturate water w/s o "S" dry clean solvent ...
thank you so much today is couch cleaning day and this your video helped out. I have a similar couch to clean with my busy 2 year old and my sleepy cat sammy this couch cant seem to stay clean and soap and water is not helping much. I was wondering if maybe next time you can put some of the cleaning agents you used and if there's anything that you recommend that cleans well & smells nice.

Awesome microfiber fabric cleaning example of pre-agitation. You might try a variable speed polisher it is easier to handle and can drive the same size brush head. The 2-quart pumpers really work better than a trigger sprayer I found. Using a buff pad instead of fine bristles may be too aggressive on some other fabrics, however.

Daisy Sorry I didn't see you question. You can make an easy cleaning solution with ammonia, dawn soap, and vinegar. Put maybe 2 to 3 table spoons in a 32oz spray bottle and maybe a teaspoon of down then full the rest with water. Use a soft brush then use a personal cleaning machine with an upholstery attachment use hot water to rinse. Make sure to test a small area before using solution it could take out the color in some fabrics.

Are you spraying down water and extracting on your first pass, then follow without trigger just dry stroke on second pass? Also is it necessary to clean same area in both directions? Thanks

Loved your video. Do you have any tips on how to avoid water rings? My daughter has spilled water on a few spot of the couch and it makes it appear like a stain. I’ve tried bloting out the edges hoping to blend everything in as well as a hair dryer. Nothing works. :-(

Nice job! I'm a carpet cleaning industry as well. I usually use a horsehair brush to work-in pre treatment. I like your method better. What kind of pad are you scrubbing with?
+Kevin Randolph its a soft nylon brush for a drill. the natural fiber brushes are normally made for dry applications and don't do well with moisture. you can buy one like i have on line ebay or amazon. if you have a janitorial shop by you might be able to get one there

It's safe to clean upholstery at 400 PSI depending on what it is😊 but your prespray is doing all the work to break down the oil grime dirt so it releases from the fibers

Far easier to apply Floex, work it in then extract.
it takes too long don't have to do all that extra stuff to take stains off let your hand wand do the job
