London is one of my favorite city. Whike I study in the UK, I lived in Hounslow and Putney. I never forget bus number H91. Thus bus driving from Hammersmith to Hounslow. I m living in Seoul as a citizen of uppermiddle class. My hard study in my younger days delivered many good luck to me. I love UK and I missed late Queen Elizabeth. Even if I m korean I still attached Queen's wonderful photo in the wall of my office. I love UK and love British people. God bless the UK and God deliver my affection and respect to late Queen in the heaven

Blimey, this video brought back so many memories! When my parents and I visited London to head to the inner parts of the city, we used to park on Thornton Avenue and then hopped on the LU at Turnham Green station. Since residents permit parking was introduced on that road around 25 years ago, I haven't been in the area since. Thornton Avenue was also the road where my parents first lived when they came over to the UK around 50 or so years ago.
I passed once Turnham Green while travelling in the tube to central London from Heathrow.It's familiar name for the Italians,as one of our most famous poets Ugo Foscolo spent his last years in exile in the ninetenth century.He was against the austrian rule oppressing Venice and the north eastern Italy and decided to leave his country.He is now buried in Santa Croce,Florence
