1500 rpm 120mm pc fan screwed to a piece of acrylic mounted over my sump does the trick. Used a 120v to 12v power plug from and old external hard drive to power it with an inline on off button. Fan lasts a season, and I replace it. whole thing cost me less than 10 bucks to wire up.
