Post-Construction Temporary Control Measure Removal - Spotlight on Innovation

After a CDOT construction project has been completed and the required monitoring/re-vegetation of the site has been met, the removal of the Post Construction Temporary Control Measures (PCTCM) is the final step and often most overlooked step in completing a project. These PCTCMs, if left on-site, can become pollutants since they are no longer needed and do not function properly.
