I am really hesistant to jumpship sa VA, although rn im consuming content to bolster my knowledge for being a VA . Currently working in a field sales position sa isang leading soda company sa bansa.
I hate every bit of it pero its necessary for my upcoming real estate investment deliverable next year. Sabi po kasi ng isang VA friend ko di po raw stable yung VA job. If wala kang client wala rin sasahurin. Ang isang pang cons daw limited lang din tlga health care mo kasi since free lancer ka you provide for your own benefits. This also includes over head costs like internet and electricity. Takot po kasi ako kasi papasok po ako ng mortgage next year on my property investment. Having both jobs isnt an option po. Its just one or the other......any advise?

I cannot answer everything. Its your life and you need to decide for yourself.

Worth it po ba to spend my last savings buying a laptop for this job?? So I’d really appreciate sir kung masasagot niyo po message ko 🥺🙏🏻 also can you advise what model and brand of laptop 40k budget po. Maraming salamat po 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

If you will work hard and eventually get a work, at mag ka ROI kayo.
      I think its worth it.
Tsaka ang pag VA po kasi is not SCAM, its like a real job.
      Just working from home.

Honest question, does it matter kung sang bansa ka naka-based sa pagiging VA? May pros and cons po ba being located in Phils?

      Hello,
For some position it matters kasi po, mostly na nahihire is graveyard shift dito sa Pilipinas ang timezone especially if the company is in the US.
Pag Australia naman, required nila ang VA na pumasok ng Philippine time na may konting adjustment.
PROS and CONS depends on the condition nang mag aapply.
Some do prefer kasi graveyard especially mga mommies na nag aalaga ng bata kapag umaga.
In my case, I'm not required to work on a schedule. So ang PROS ko ay flexible ang time ko.
      Iba-iba po talaga.
