I buy Stef Francis threads she is based in UK Thanks Ariane for showing this stitch I looked at your new project it looks fun ,your videos are so informative.
Oh I am so glad you mentioned ribbon rose coz I'm in Oz and finding different threads is a challenge and postage from OS is so expensive that it's not worth the purchase but NZ on the other hand hahaha is so doable for me and with their $ and ours being comparable it's green for go....bring on payday as I'm going shopping lol thank you
Denny O'Connor I thought you might like that Denny since you’re the reason I went there! Now if I could just get to New Zealand in real life one of these days...❤️
Hi Ariane, In Australia, some Stef Francis threads are available (along with so many other beautiful threads) at Alison Cole Embroidery, just outside Ballarat, in Invermay, Victoria. Alison has some The Thread Gatherer threads and silk threads too. Sandy xx
The new stitch variation is a fun one! As a new subscriber, it’s great to see the piece on which you’re working, and all the threads that you’re using! 😃
What is the lavender stitch around the outside edge? My brain is not cooperating with me this am. I will do the seed stitch and variations today. I'm enjoying your company and instructions today, again.
Karen Sinn I’m so glad! Do you mean around the wool circle? It’s a Ladder Herringbone Stitch. I did a video on it a few months ago. ❤️ruclips.net/video/LWSMDFuuY-A/видео.html
Freda Cott you can always let the stitches flow off as there’s no need to have them just on the rock shape itself. My next design I’m playing with that idea. 💕
So beautiful! Is the blue linen from the shop in Georgia? I bought a few more of their linens in different colors. Just end of last week so don’t have them yet. Can’t wait!!
I love the hand dyes from Fiber on a Whim, but the blue was what I used for my River Rocks Pouch, it's a Robert Kaufman Essex Linen Blend - amzn.to/34ss0VT
