Yeah. Luckily I think you only need 9 or so to get all of the important equipment. Or you can just use the three you get on the MC and use characters that don't need them. Mitsuru is the only character that actually needs them.
Late, but have you found if rewinding will reset which floor the greedy shadow appears on (if you can bear to backtrack as far as that might send you)?

if i get a dead moons husk do i reload the file again?
If you get the Dead Moon's Husk and that's what you want, you can either go to 252 then back down to save or ask Fuuka to teleport you out to save.
