  • This video walks through several processes around Hello Club set-up for Admin users
    1. User's point of view - Brand new person - register for Hello Club, loging in, signing up for an event, pay with a coupon (concession card), pay ahead of time options, pay later
    2. Admin point of view - Run Event check-in process, Event -Edit -Attendance. Cancel, How to "Mark as Paid" - Physical concession card, Cash, EFTPOS. Pay with Coupon, Add on Duty members, members & guests to Event (including First Time Free), Mark as attended (for checking off that they are on Round Robin system).
    3. Add a membership process - how members do it themselves, how to add for them (behind the scenes), how to "Mark as Paid" EFTPOS, Cash, Concession Card or pay with card (Visa on Hello Club),
    4. Buy a Coupon (Concession Card, T-shirt, Ball) & How to transfer a physical conncesion card to a digital Concession Card.
    5. Cash Report - after a day of club events, Admin can find report of cash
