imagine being as famous and wealthy as he is to make such a ridiculous decision to drive after drinking with all the options and resources to choose otherwise.
drinking and driving is such an ignorant and selfish choice. innocent people unfortunately end up losing their lives all because vile losers can't have their drunk shenanigans ruined by a responsible decision of not driving drunk. its so pathetic and unnecessary yet so many take the risk anyways....but it only takes 1 time to have fatal consequences. Just because you "got away with it" 36 times in the past.....maybe 37 will end in unfortunate circumstances.

@@mokaLARE that is definitely possible. I feel bad because going through a relationship issue is hard enough as human beings, but to go through it in the public eye is so much worse and I always feel for them.

Refusing a breath test is an automatic conviction of DWI in NJ. One of life's lessons learned on my road to maturity. God is Good all the time. ❤

good move on not taking a breathalyzer.
Roadside breath tests are often inaccurate, so they aren't admissible in court. they are only used to see if you were drinking. he did the opposite of what he should have done. Also you should never take a Field sobriety test. they're 100 subjective, no one can pass them.

@@robertbirch5676 it's something you can fight in court later, but it will always get you taken in for the night. Those breathalyzers are never calibrated correctly and you don't want to base your quilt on this.
No big deal for him; pay the fine and he can afford a driver for the year he will loose his license for not blowing. However he failed when he took the field sobriety test: now they have camera footage to use against him plus show the public. Remember all FST are volunteer unlike the blow test(an automatic loose license for a year) I believe is the truth? Be thankful no one was injured…that one can’t be taken back.
