Metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor is based on Metal-oxide layer with field effect gate ( how many electricity can flow through the gate by increasing or decreasing voltage on the gate ) tranzistor is simple to use and is much cheaper than MOSFET but mosfet can supply high voltage also high current and also high frequency to the circuit not as a transistor. But it's more complicated to make pcb with mosfets.
Eu tenho 2 inversores um de 24v de 3000w senoidal pura e um de 12v 1500w modificado os dois deu defeito e aí tive que substituir troquei IGBT do senoidal pura e botei no lugar do Mosfet e deu certo está funcionando...😜
