Play hunt. Picked it up right after and it has alot of similarities with genre even tho moment to moment gameplay isnt the same and its a shooter. Been sleeping on it a while. Its really fun. Its feeling the void till next playtest. Plus its like 10$ right now

i hope they just make a market like in Wow or tarkov so you can buy your gear easy and dont have to look for someone to sell the bow or armor you need for like 1 hour :P

As of right now its more likely to be like apex with multiple maps per floor and them rotating. As thats whats already started. Theres 4 maps right now. Two crytpos "lvl 1" and two infernos "lvl 2" but even these are more like layouts just being diff and a few rooms.
@MILKGAИG are u sure? Bc inferno is level 2 now so is that gonna be level 3? Also theres 2 variations of crypto the current starter level. I hope they dont make level 1 even easier. Bc while i found the game hard at the start, the pacing would be worse with a level with lower enemies than currentyl
This is an alpha playtest. The game is still like a year away from a full release. What's interesting about it is the concept. They're taking the extraction-style genre that Tarkov popularized while mixing in fantasy and RPG elements. The fact that it was so popular in this bare bones alpha stage suggests that it's going to be a smash hit when it releases. But that depends on how much content the devs add between now and the day it releases.

@@wielkiedrzewo the thing is, there's a lot to do. There's a pretty decent variety of weapons, and besides killing mobs and looting, killing players is another part, which is really fun. Obviously while a million may have downloaded it, not everyone's gonna stay with it, and I agree with that. But their discord server has 130k members, so there's quite a bit of people that want to play the game. If we assume that at least a fourth of players that played do like game, that's 250k players which is already big. Add on top of the fact that there are people that missed the playtest and said they wanted to play it, plus people that are going to try it from their favorite streamers like xqc, asmongold, moistcr1tical, just to name a few, there will be a tin of players that want to try this game. While everyone has their own experiences and preferences, while you may not have enjoyed the game, I loved it. I played solo most of the time and I never got dull of it. There's also a ton of people that say that they miss dnd and can't wait for the upcoming playtest this February as well.
In this case, for content it doesn't feel as bad. They were about to wipe and shut down the play test server anyway. The alternative would have been watching them grind low level stuff and get nowhere in the amount of time they had.

Dark and Darker Made me start Hunt:Showdown, which has a great cash shop to spend money on. Hence this was my most expensive playtest ever! 😅
