Oh man, i can't believe you left us with that stand-by cliffhanger! Stand-by anxiety is real! By the way, you probably know this, but just in case, the legs-against-the -wall pose is great for when you're flying a lot (and breaking in shoes when your feet are swollen). I'm not an FA but a city girl who walks everywhere and it really helps with foot pain.

I recommend you use flat shoes when you are on the plane. The best shoes are foot formed shoes so your toes can spread
when you are walking

Try a shoe stretch product. I think they only work on leather. Take your old shoes to a repair shop and get new soles put on them. Then have a comfy pair and a new pair that you can break in in spurts!

For my training we didn’t have to but I know most airlines require you to be comfortable in the water I believe! I think it’s one of the questions they ask on the application and during the interview process

I think for regional airlines it’s typically 18 years or older and 21 or older for mainline. But you should definitely do it! It’s the best job!
