It's extremely therapeutic. I started embroidery a little while ago and it's now my favorite thing to do at night while listening to an audiobook. Really helps me with my anxiety. ❤️
Somehow childhood me had the patience to raid them. But they kept eating all the milkweed because we needed more for the children to not each each other but then when we got more they already had more children eggs on it so it became a whole process of buying a million milkweed plants, I wonder how I used to have patience for it.
I set 2x speed for every video that i watch except music videos lol. Even those short vids that are like less than 1 minute 🤣🤣🤣 i really, honestly wish that i could learn to just relax and be patient and just enjoy things at a slow pace but my brain just can't lol.
So happy to see your video's notification 💕 i actually haven't touched my embroidery stuffs since so many months😅 maybe will start again after watching your video
@@celynangelica Hey it is just awesome 🎀 No body, no one can agree that this is your first embroidery work Such a beautiful design u have created I just love ur arts and talent🎓🥺❣️
I see how you make the edges! Tiny running stitches. You can get a good, round edge that way. I‘ve been having trouble with bumble bee wings. Now I know what to do. Thank you so much for sharing your passion!
Love is what carries you, for it is always there, even in the dark, or most in the dark, but shining out at times like gold stitches in a piece of embroidery.
Your editing is also very beautiful!! I love how you've sped up the footage to give it a 'floating needle' look; watching the work blossom unobstructed was very satisfying. It looks like elegant stop motion animation! 🦋
This is absolutely breathtaking. The detail work is extraordinary and beautiful. So glad your channel appeared on my feed. You remind me of why embroidery, still lives on. Can’t wait to get back to mine again..ty for your wonderful video.
The way you gradient colors are stunning. Istg I will rewatch this video like a thousand times more. Beautiful…so beautiful. I’m speechless. I love this.
Omg!! I was literally watching your video just a while ago on how to sew the strawberry mask for my school project which is due next week and which I haven't started yet. And I was wondering how nice it would be if you uploaded something related to embroidery again for ideas for my school project, and you just did! Thank you so much, I've been loving your content for a long time especially the art
@@celynangelica thank you so much♡♡ I know you're probably sooo busy rn, but if you don't mind, could you give me some ideas for embroidering on mask. The minimum amount of masks I need to make is 3, and i already have an idea for one, I.e the strawberry mask, but I'm sooo confused on what to do with the other masks since I wanna do something other than strawberry design. I learned embroidery in my middle schools , when I was a sixth grader, my aunt wanted to teach me embroidery two years later back then, but I insisted to learn, at that time I was so invested to learn new styles, and even spent hours embroidering over my own randomly scribbled flowers, and now watching your video, now suddenly reminds me, I haven't touched those and shiny threads for so long, it really inspires me do it again, like a kid.
Your butterfly turned out absolutely gorgeous!!😍👌🏻 I would love to see a Luna moth or a Rosy maple moth in this style.🥰✨ It would be cool to make a few of these into patches that you could add a pin too and pin them on your outfit like a brooch!💜✨💖
Please don’t take too much offense when I say that the artistic slowly putting the scissors down on the table shots were making me extremely impatient. Lol
Wait, you did this and you aren't even a hobbyist embroiderer? You have a real talent for this! It came out beautifully!! I'm stunned! Definitely doing this course you recommended!

Watching this the whole time all I can think is until seeing this I had never truly appreciated the beauty and intricacies of butterflies and other creatures.
I love to see other people using the needle to make their loops smaller as they make a knot near the base of the work. NGL I thought it was just something I did because I didn't know a better way but Ive seen a lot of people doing this so I assume this is actually a very useful technique. Personally, I always knot my work because I hate loose strings, but never knew anyone else did the tightening of the loops with their needle like that like I do until very recently!
Not only are you incredibly talented with embroidery, but my goodness the editing too! If you edited this yourself, I’m truly in awe of your patience. Even if you didn’t, your work is so amazing!!
I learnt this back home and I lost most of my eye vision due to this. I was too addicted and I was sewing morning till night in dim tube light 🌙 witch was a bad habit. But I still love it.
lightest colors should always be laid first, becoming gradually darker that way when you get to the darker threads you will get cleaner lines and you havent risked accidently over sewing something that needs to be a clean line.
I love 🦋. That is visibly a lot of hard work. Involving precision and patience - to some that is hardest to do! :P And the final result is just wow... Amazing.
you make it look like so much less chaos cause when i do it it's always i lost needle somewhere, i lost the whole thread, i spilled something on it or i have been working on it for so long in smells of my sweat
Lord,I'm not even patient to watch this. Imagine being patient enough to do this. Wow😭✋🏻
Like you, I adjusted the speed of the movie. But the background music becomes very noisy... I can only jump and watch
