That man knew exactly how to manipulate her and get it done....just like his "boss" manipulated him to get it done..."we haven't recruited anyone from there in a long time and all the bigwigs are impressed with you" played off his ego and ambition and he knew what it took to get the "less than pretty" woman to do what he wanted to.....Cia plays its whole game and strategy on mind control thru manipulation and persuasion....and this man has it mastered a real psychologist that isn't full of shit with sociopathic tendencies males the best case officer....he plays his position down very well and it's believable because of his articulation and soft spokenness....his tone makes you feel safe when he talks and he appears non threatening ....classic psychologist tactics...don't ve mistaken this man is an absolute savage
