Crutch is a great (if older) song of Ren’s. Haunting and raw. I can’t decide which I love more: the money game smokey singing or the reggae flavored belt out from the heart singing at the end of Hi, Ren. He’s a bit of magic.
Crutch is insane. What an absolute gem. I think that was when Ren was almost at his worse health wise and he put it all there. That video to it as well. It hurts my soul that Ren had to suffer so much to give us the gold music he produces

It’s an older song from before Ren was finally correctly diagnosed with Lyme disease and was written after a breakdown following multiple emergency trips to the hospital. It is heart wrenching and absolutely stunning. Also our boi sings with pure emotion.
