everytime i see gugudan i get whiplash bc what do you mean liu xiening and sejeong were in the same group once upon a time?? both are now shining in their respective fields now😅
Sadly back then Jellyfish Entertainment only cares about promoting Sejeong (included promoting her as a soloist) and Mina and ignored the other Gugudan members and pretty much made them background dancers. Look at how long it took for Sally (or Liu Xiening) to re-debut and get notice and started her career properly in China.
Not sure, but I think the rap in I.O.I "Dreamgirls" was probably Nayoung (apologies if wrong). BTW not sure if I buy that explanation of the name "I.O.I". Hard to believe that it could be anything other than the fact that the name of the whole project was "Produce 101" and that "101" looks exactly like the letters "IOI". That can't be a mere coincidence.
I'd like to recommend a boy band if you're interested in making deep-dive. The band is called e'last(Pronounced as El-Last") . They use classical instruments, like an orchestra, Mixed with other genres in the title song. 1)Swear (debut song) 2)Tear of chaos 3)Dangerous 4) Dark dreams 5) Creature 6) Nightmare (I recommend listening to Creature before and listening this song next) 7) Shelter (Continued from nightmare) 7) The beginning of spring (It's a song from the unit e'last u. I like it a lot. I recommend it.) 8) present (It's a slow song) But the songs after this will be out of their own box, no more orchestra or classical music. 1) Thrill 2)Kiss me baby 3) Gasoline
Soyee wasn't a good dancer, but she has amazing vocals. I wish she had a solo career focused more on her vocals. But unfortunately she gave up singing 😥
Can't wait for Sejeong video. Love your reaction btw. Miss IOI and Gugudan so much
miss I.O.I so muchhh
They are so good! - Brandon

I think it's super impressive that they're all doing well! Obviously IOI and Gugudan are great but I'm glad they're mostly thriving! - Brandon
