Hello not sure if this is a battery problem or not but I have had the b20 for about 4 months now and for the last week or so the front light now comes on by itself without pressing the red button and starts slowly flashing on and off, It also won't turn off with the button but does seem to stop flashing when riding. If I turn the light on while riding it comes on and stays on so long as the bike is moving, but as soon as I come to a stop it starts flashing again. Any clue as to what would be causing this and would it be possible to fix?

Hi I replaced new battery b20 when I charge it full it’s only work 2 to 3 minutes and then stops working until I charge it again but it’s not lasting long the old battery was great what I should I do now with this ??
It sounds like the battery has some issue. If you could test the battery voltage and it shows super low voltage, that is to say the battery is useless.

I purchased a windgoo B20 and after unboxing there is no power to the bike, I have tried to charge it but still no power and the bike appears dead. Hello, my bike suddenly stopped working and won't run but the battery life if full when turned on and the bike in the Front Keeps flickering while red light on the back keeps flashing but bike no longer runs. What could be the issue?

Is it possible to upgrade this battery to a 10ah instead of 6ah?
Well, for the current B20 battery size, we could replace with 7.5Ah batteries but not 10Ah.
