I found great relief in writing my feelings in realtime on my phone on notes ,right when they appear and then digest them at a later period. Funny thing is when you reread the notes at first you think its totally not you , until you stay on them for some time. Realtime Writing of Emotions people !
I used to think having a Capricorn sun with a Gemini moon was just the end of the world, but I’m realizing it is my ♑️ sun that keeps me grounded. And my Leo rising just helps me LOOK like I have it all together when I’m really dealing with hundreds of open tabs in my brain, forgetting to schedule routine health appointments, and trying to maintain healthy relationships/friendships.
Writing shit down helps me so much. Use affirmations! Therapy or maybe even life coaching is helpful. Also indulging in self care and constantly learning. It helps calm my mind. My partner loves my craziness, and he supports all of my personalities. 😂❤

i also have 0% earth and only 9% water instead of the average %25 lmfao + 60% fire, so i'm the ultimate wreck n no1 can handle it
Capricorn Sun Gemini Moon , i used get into these "tunnel" like feelings where as the video says , you can't decide between two options , you bring forth arguments / photos /ideas from your memory and you can't make a simple damn decision. After i took a therapist , what helped me most was at one point when i decide to write my emotions right when they appeared on a notebook / note ( which i keep with me at all times).
Then when i am relaxed i take out that notebook and start digesting , correlating and making a ton of new ideas out of my emotions. It has been 3 weeks now , and for the most part , it all boils down to childhood trauma , behaviours that weren't processed , labeled. Once you start labelling them and know them , you can start to switch on-off , to have control over your mind which is such a marvelous thing !

I used to think I was many people in one body, I used to think I was nuts because of all my different facets. I suffer with depression. But when I’m happy, I’m super happy. We are so controlled by the moon phases. What saved me is doing my shadow work and reintegrated all the missing parts of myself that I felt I had to hide in order to be accepted. Spirituality- going with the ebb and flow, turning over control of outcomes to the Universe- refusing to get involved with things that don’t hold my interest, being in nature, being 100 authentic is what helped me not be so frazzled and frantic. Things that help me stay grounded. I have no Earth in my chart. Lol - I was fucked for a long time.

Me too man , i really get you . I was also thinking i had 7-8 personalities at least , but as you said its just missing parts , non integrated episodes of life (usually childhood). For me keeping busy (walking a lot) , doing sports , nature and writing helped me most !
I resonate with this sooo heavy, understanding the different moon phases and being aware of my emotions at a specific time of the month helped me ground myself and realize what my inner child was needing at that particular moment! I heard that gemini moons are children at heart so i feel that whatever we discovered or learned as a child, we should bring that back as adults and maybe it’ll heal a little part of ourself that we had to suppress in order to please other people

I do feel a struggle between my need for routine and stability vs my need for novelty and spontaneity.
I've learned to think of schedules and plans as guidelines, where I allow for flexibility as things change.
I am constantly changing because I'm always taking in new information. I behave according to whatever context I'm in with the most updated information I have available at the time.
Because I am constantly learning (learning is what grounds me), I am constantly changing.
I have no idea what other people do in their downtime, but I read, do research, listen to podcasts, and contemplate.
There is never a dull moment in my brain!
Another way we can grow is to take things seriously more often and respect the feelings and privacy of others. I use jokes and laughter as a defense mechanism against almost every feeling. When I started validating my own emotions, I was able to be more sensitive toward others emotions.
I do mostly take a light hearted approach to social situations, but I'm making sure to utilize my empathy when it's appropriate too.
We do need a lot of help in understanding our own emotions and subjective experience. I write a lot, I talk to my bff, and I have a therapist.
I will also talk to anyone who will listen 😄😄

Cancer Sun, Gemini Moon, Gemini Rising... I have to be careful to not become to reclusive and self-absorbed because I literally feel like there are endless facets of me that I need to explore. I'm not only fascinated with humanity but wildly curious about my own interior life. always needing a therapist...makes me think of that one tweet that was like "what mental illness is your zodiac sign?". (which was messed up) and a therapist is not meant to be long term, the goal is to equip you so you can handle things, not so you need someone to always help you run your life. goes against what therapy is. I think the objective should be to know when you're obsessing and having the tactics to stop.
I liked this video, I just really didn't like that part. Thank you for giving some advice, I literally thought today "can I ever be grounded???" I have aqua sun, libra rising so.....nothing but analyzing myself to death so much I forget to just exist and enjoy things.
Edit: I know you might have not been that serious w that point but I just had to say it either way! I have been lucky to get therapy, even if it was just half a year total, but it helped me to just talk things through w someone aimed to be both logical and emotional (wise mind) whereas I always feel like those both are fighting in my head 24/7. So I definitely think therapy is good (for everybody)
Thanks Serenity as native gemini moon it's work, many people i confuse that's fine yet I accept me while striving to improve .
The laws/ morals I came up with to live by are:
*respect MY emotions/ feelings no matter the circumstance/ person
*(I determined I’m a princess, meaning I enjoy being kind and don’t see myself acting outside of that) so when my emotions make me wanna act out, I know if the action doesn’t give “princess” it’s not one I should be engaging in.
*JOURNAL JOURNAL JOURNAL, it’s like a 24/7 therapist w/o human projections. (I’ve tried therapy twice and didn’t find it to be serving; it can also be expensive to keep up with and draining to find a decent one too).
And she’s abs right, we essentially need somewhere to consistently “dump” our emotions and that’s not ok to do with loved ones. Which costed me a lot of pain and time learning that one! N for me specifically I’m an artist so I get to transmute all that energy into music, art, fashion etc.
But it’s imperative to center/ fine tune the energy b4 transmuting it cuz if not you will consistently get chaos. 😂😂 I’m laughing now but def wasn’t then!
