The reason why that honey from bee farmer was thin was because only the part of honey which has moisture in it remained at the top and the part where it would have contained more of the sarso nectar got solidified because of cold and remained at the bottom.. but if you place the bottle in hot water or just slightly heat it, it will come back to its original thick form combining the crystallized solid part and the thin honey on top making it a thick honey .. then if you do all these tests results will be different .. still I would prefer a advanced tests because these tests doesn't prove anything ..

it was a good video but im sad to say none of these tests are sufficient to actually prove weather your honey is contaminated or not. this era has a lot of method to do except for water to add to honey. the napkin tick is easy to manipulate. just use something which have enough van der wall force or enough crystal sizes to slowly pass through the napkin. the next test, the match burning trick. its on the same principal as the napkin trick. if your honey does not spread on the napkin then higher chances that is will not on the matches as well since the match has more small porous structure. since it didnt mixed through, it can still burn through inside as long as oxygen is supplied to it. matched generally have a bit of oxidizers mixed to them so it really dosent matters until the matches are soaked. now the third trick is the most easiest in the books. just mix honey with some other non water soluble chemicals thats it. also make sure that your honey dissolves in the same chemical. honey was already Non-Newtonian fluid and now mixing it with those type of chemicals really brings out the variable velocity viscous force. now real honey being Non-Newtonian, must take some time to dissolve but it will dissolve. after all it contains sugars in it. if you really want to verify then i must say that actually harvest some honey by yourself and store it. then bring a store bought one and dont open the seal. keep both the honey atleast for 5 years. before keeping tough keep a note on their nature like colour, density, pH etc.. now after each year see how it changes also smelling it would definitely help. now im not an honey expert but i got lucky and got hands of home farmed honey without any sort of adulterations. its been 3 years and yet its as good as new. again i compared it to store bought honey which didnt even lasted 1 year and we hade to through it out. these methods used to work in earlier times since people didnt had a lot of knowledge about these tricks which are used now. so generally people will use sugar solutions and mix it with honey. these tests are good for the past times but will not work now. if you want to eat honey soo much its better to just buy any one and eat it since after all there exists no packaged food which is safe. so yeah the best honey is the one that you farm yourself everything else, you can turn your distrust eyes on. anyways the video was nice keep up the good work.

Thanks for your efforts, but this is the test to check the water/ moisture content in honey. Raw honey or Pure fresh honey from beekeepers shall have some moisture content, if not purified to remove moisture. Hence the honey from Beekeeper is most probably the purest. The most likely contaminated ingredient in most honey is fructose Syrup, which can not be detected even if added 50% in honey.

Raw honey or Pure fresh honey from beekeepers shall have some moisture content, if not purified to remove moisture. Hence the honey from Beekeeper is most probably the purest. The most likely contaminated ingredient in most honey is fructose Syrup, which can not be detected even if added 50% in honey.
