Dang son! This slaps! Did you create all these sounds from scratch or are some of them presets in the board? If from scratch, how long do you spend tweaking one patch?
It's probably a mix of super quick envelope speeds on a monophonic setting and voice stealing things on the paraphonic setting. That's relatively common in my experiences with analog gear that has voice limitations. You can kind of mitigate it with messing with attack/release speeds or trigger settings and I try to catch them as I'm recording these demos. I don't always hear it when I'm recording these though.
