Lala gotta be one of the MOST transparent person I know! She doesn’t care how crazy it might make her look it’s part of her testimony! Thank you for being sooo relatable and showing that you don’t have to carry disgrace when you come to Christ. It shows that Jesus is there to take away all your shame and guilt and give you boldness to proclaim the great things God has done in your life. God bless you😊

Powerful testimony!! Wow sis, a lot of what you told about being boy crazy in college and having the multiple situationships with men reminds me of my time at SFA back in the day. I came up before you in the 80s, class of 89 to be exact 🎉. And when I went off to school I went buck wild and got my heart broke, dumped and all that. I remember being afraid I might have an STD but God. He was with me all the while when I was in the world. Hallelujah ❤❤❤

Amazing Testimony 🙌🏾! Heavy on God had his children covered in Hurricane Katrina. I live here in Louisiana and I remember everything like it was yesterday. I was only 4 years old but I still remember the back roads God led my family and I on to Texas. The winds, the traffic, the struggles… BUT GOD👏🏾🙌🏾🔥

This was SO good Lala, I laughed way too hard at some points, but yes God's hand was definitely covering you all your life. And it brought to remembrance all the times his hand was and is without a doubt over my life too! He is good and merciful 🙌🙌🙌🙌

You are a blessing that Satan thought he could stop, but what GOD allowed you to go through was training GOD will use for GOD's glory, and the best part is, the devil never saw it coming! That determination that GOD placed in you, and especially the determination to hear GOD's voice over that of suicide ... to GOD be the glory!!! I am soooo glad you made it through to tell your testimony!!

I have gone through something like this about my first love that I dated and God constantly was telling me no. I could hear him clearly telling me no do not date this person. Silly me didn’t listen. But God is so merciful and wonderful that he helped me back on my feet. I am soo thankful to you Lala. It’s so encouraging what you’re doing. I pray that you touch the heart of people and show them Christ 🙏🏾

I actually in my season of changing my life over to God myself while confessing my sins & repenting my old ways. I also had sin as well fornicating with my ex-girlfriend for 9 years & had alcohol situations when i was single (I blacked out one time & don't remember anything & drove with some alcohol in my system but wasn't belligerent drunk) i know by God's Grace I'm still here & praying for my deliverance from my worldly ways.
(FYI, i think you was a cutie back then in grade school. All ❤ btw. You would've been towering over me by a couple of inches by then as well unfortunately I'm 5'7!)

Lala, I understand the Bible tells us to be encouraged to share our testimony but don’t you think some things should be left between you and your future husband?. You think he will be ok with the world knowing every peace of your past? . I know RUclips is your full time job but I think we should be guarded with and how we share our testimonies. The world doesn’t need to know you had STDs, just my thoughts.
Hey Sis. It's not up to us to decide what to share and what not to share. It's God's decision. And if He leads us to share certain pieces (because believe it or not, there's still SO much more that I haven't shared) that means He has a plan.
And my testimony is bigger than my "future husband". There are people in bondage due to shame from their past. Testimonies like mine bring forth deliverance from shame and regret. And true freedom is experienced. Hallelujah!
@LaLaJenkins Amen to that. Too many of us suffer shame in silence. This is why we need a like-minded community. Plus, unfortunately since we're in a fallen world and full of sin, STD's are way too common with us. Glory be to God for delivery us 🙏🏾
