This would be the perfect house for someone who loves brown. As for me and mine, this home has too much brown, especially the 1st. for. and basement. The upstairs level is much better, especially the hall bathroom. Undeniably, this is a beautiful home and someone will fall in love with it. 😊😊😊

We are currently building with Caruso the Kingsport model as well on our own private 2 acres of land. Your videos are bringing up questions that we forgot to ask sooooo thank you.

Hey now! We looked at the positioning of our neighbors houses relative to our house. Most developers try to position the houses so no one has a clear direct view into the houses around them. We looked at the drawing to see how the house will sit on the lot. Then go onsite to get a general idea of how the house will sit (it may not be positioned to achieve the best curb appeal). We checked all of the stakes to make sure we understand our property boundaries. Our personal driveway extends up in front of our neighbors house. They did not know that and were surprised that they could not park in that area. Make sure trees that will be close to the house are healthy. Slope of the land. Try to foresee grading that may cause water problems later. Slope of land depending on if you want a walk out or walk up basement exit. Ask about easements that might not be listed on the builders neighborhood map. Try to look at a map/drawing of the entire community to see if you notice anything that will be around the house that you might not be happy about later. If you will have septic and well, try to figure out where the well will be drilled and where the sceptic field will be. If you want a pool later, the position of the well and septic field may become an issue last. Hope this helps some.

There is too much brown. The kitchen cabinets "shaker" look cheap.
