My favorite song on the record. Still gives me chills every time I listen to it. This album will go down as one of the best in metal history. Thank you ABR for putting out such an inspiring, melodic, and heavy album. This album and especially this song will always have a very special place in my heart. Thank you.

Watching back on this, I kinda miss the different genre interludes. Didn’t really have any on Guardians
in one interview jb said "I can only come up with so many cool riffs" I'm paraphrasing but thats the jist of what he said
@@garrettsilva5025 They’ve been doing it’s for a looong time at this point I saw JB made a post he has a 7 string version of his Ibanez which means hopefully they start tuning down a bit more and changing their style a bit more to the changing landscape

It's not really meant to be bluegrass. It's supposed to give you the feel of a western. That's why the acoustic instrumental 'majoring in the minors (reprise)' literally sounds like an acoustic guitar song you'd hear in a John Wayne or Clint Eastwood movie.

Mason Alexander he basically made the strings shorter for a sec, making the pitch go down
Mason Alexander he pushes the neck forward loosening the neck and making the pitch lower. its a trick some people use when they dont have a whammy bar (which loosens the strings also)
