Me and my girl love these videos. We are in the process of starting up, and videos like this one bring together all the research we have done on your pages as well as the Facebook dtf group posts (not much more to learn from out there). I know it seems foolish starting with an imported audley, but after many months of product research, learning how they work, and brainstorming, we feel confident in our choice. This video has helped a lot. We understood everything you have talked about. We have seen you change a ton of parts on the units, calibrate, and experiment. You never stopped being a teacher. When we succeed in our own endeavors, it will be in part because you were a major influence and a great instructor. Thank you for your hard work
I really like the RAW vlogs. It is nice to see the real behind the scenes on the day to day operations for this industry. Thank you for making this happen and look forward to future videos.
Bossing! I’m here in California! Lagi ko inaabangan mga video mo, I am learning a lot from you! I just got my dual head a3, bago pa lang sa DTF, keep it up! I’m a solid fan!🙏🏻💯
@@merchstudio Our plans have hit just a small delay, hopefully 🤞 that’s all anyway. It could be a blessing in disguise. You’re info and videos have given me some extra food for thought, on the DTF side of things. So a little Extra Time to Make sure we’re making the right decisions, is all it is hopefully 😂. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
I own an Audley 24" and had that same 'bump' in the film on the same side. Couldn't figure out how to get it straight. Tried to move the filmroll bit, adjust the takup a bit. Then it was straight... for a minute.... Solved it by lowering the wheels on that side so the printer could roll just on one side and pushed it back by half an inch et voila! Straightened it out completely. Never had it again!
Well thank you. I realised that the film wasn't going straight not because of the linear movement, but because it skewed at the start. Hope it helps you out when you get this again, or anyone else. Your vids are always great and helpful btw!
Sorry my friend, but we enjoy these better than the shorts. I have a large TV screen that everyone sees. We analyze your operation and your vids help us hone our skills...
Im from the philippines and i would like to ask what brand of dtf printer you can recommend in terms of quality and aftersales support. I binge watch your channel very informative and and raw ! i love it! make more videos Jerald and have a wonderful day ahead.
Thanks for this post. I wanted to ask about the ventilation setup. I currently use a fume extractor with a 3 layer filter but I do tend to smell something still in the air. I’m not in the most open area so that may part of the issue. I’m not sure if it’s smell is the DTF powder or something else. I do use a smaller DTF (single head) and I don’t see any oil residue. I recently had a vent installed in my ceiling which will pull the fumes directly outside, but the contractor didn’t understand what I needed for the fumes. He installed a vent that’s more so for a bathroom and the fan doesn’t pull strong enough. So my question to you is I see you mentioned the VivoSun fan (8-inch). I’m trying to see if that will work for me. Would you be able to let me know the model that you’ve used for your setup? Also do you need a filter when pulling the fumes directly outside. If so what filter should I buy or does it come with the VivoSun vent system? It would be greatly appreciated!! I really enjoying your content. Keep it going!
Hey, I love your videos and you inspired me to take the jump and buy a printer from China. is there any way you can do a video on HONSOFT software? I need to figure out how to add more white and there's a huge language barrier with my rep.
@@merchstudio would a free standing smoke extractor be okay or should it have a vent going outside ? I’ve seen people with both I wasn’t sure if one was better? For reference I’ll be doing it in the garage of my house but next to windows

I'm glad to read that. These longer vids are definitely for friends that want to get a deeper look into our daily grind and techniques.
