He is so grateful for all the comments regarding the stone work and is so proud that they acknowledged the labor of love that took place on this project. He is passionate about his work and hearing Enes comments regarding the stone work makes him so happy. We are a small family owned business located in Los Angeles, Ca. ❤❤❤
Most of these modern marbled places look like a shopping mall. They are cold, all-white and the view is of a city. In this one, the designers added just enough warmth with the wood slats, colored marble, brushed metal and furniture to make it warm. It's laid out perfectly, scaled beautifully, sited exquisitely. It is without doubt one of the coolest pads I've ever seen.
I love how much the production has stepped up. I remember the GoPro videos. Now we got beach drone shots while Mikey is talking and filming Enes at the same time. We see you!! Great work guys.

I think this is my favourite house of all time!! There is nothing I would change. My dream home, to entertain with close friends and family. It has a 'retro' feel to it, with bits of color thrown in throughout and I love it. I loved the intro, with the black & white filming. Wonderful tour once again. Thanks so much :o)

Magnificent. Exquisite property, masterfully done. Right on for giving props to the fabricators and finish carpenters. Everyone who worked on this job had to be at the top of their game. The amount of steel that was craned into this location had to be ridiculous. And to upgrade a house from 1991 that’s on the beach required an insane amount of digging. The piers under this foundation had to be 30 feet deep. This house is expensive for every reason.
Malibu, California is probably the place I most want to visit in my life! This mansion can walk directly to the beach is really great, I want to live there too!
The modernity of this mansion can be said to be completely beyond imagination, I like its screening room, I can stay there all day, because the kitchen is very close!
However, the sea view outside the window is so beautiful, I am not sure if I will stay in the screening room all day, , haha!

if this were your house would you allow 2 guys with camera to screen the whole house on RUclips? think about the security breach as well the stills could end up anywhere in advertising etc - most valuable assets like this home are afforded by less 1% and they do not go to YT to find their next home - I personally would never allow my home to be openly displayed like this for anyone, its like an open invitation for thieves and crooks

@@giannishen - Homes are valuable assets and last year 66% of all the 2.5 million robberies in USA were home break-ins, RUclips features such as this one which showcase expensive homes reveal the security level of a home such as the type of locks on doors and windows, security systems etc present a smorgasbord for criminals to investigate which homes to rob, so you mind yourself - I would never allow my home to be filmed for RUclips or any advertising etc

Hey Enes and Team! I know you all probably get asked about tons of homes to tour and go see but for the US at least, I’d love to see some newer cities/states explored mansion/estate wise.
Examples: Atlanta, Washington State, Tennessee, etc. I’m sure there’s some hidden gems that can match up to the likes of New York and Cali. Just throwing out ideas. Love the content as always!

I love to see how Enes loves the ocean and marble so much. In a way it's a very Turkish thing. Nature is so important, also in and around real estate. Personally I would also add the Malibu light that I never saw anywhere else, with the exception of Essaouira (Morocco). Great episode!

This is hands down my favorite in the US! Very minimalist and the money is in the details and materials, not how many kitchens you can have! The night view is awesome! I can't imagine the homeowners not wanting to live here full time and allowing strangers to inhabit this space instead. Mind-blowing!
I grew up up above Broad Beach. Up Trancas Canyon Road. Our view was over PCH and Broad Beach to the Pacific Ocean.
Great place at the time to be a kid.

Men! You showed many dream houses, but this is top of the top. Absolutely amazing
The bathroom vanities in this home are absolutely exquisite. I, too, pay close attention to the fixtures and all of the hardware. The backlit stone in the wine cellar/refrigerator was just gorgeous. Something I’ve never seen before. The walk on the beach was a great touch. Is it a private (vs public) beach for only those that reside along the coastline? Just curious because there were several people walking (as well as jogging).
There is no such thing as a private beach in California. All beaches are public - the coastline is for everyone. The only (kind of) exception is when the only way to gain access to a beach is by crossing over private land. This would be trespassing.
@@evansd27 not true. There are plenty of places that the general public do not have access to. Look it up. I believe Enes even covered one not too long ago.
It's on Broadbeach and it has public access. I live in Malibu. When walking in the evening it's hard not to stare in the windows and become a voyeur.
