Love the critique from the coaches. It’s been said multiple times regarding attitudes. I miss the days where kids were excited to actually come to their extracurricular activities and not seem forced to be there. Bring that back ❤
These ladies NEED their whole team to show up! If they can’t show up, maybe this isn’t the sport for them. It’s not fair to the ones that put in the time and effort. We were always told you EARN your trophies at practice, you just pick them up at competitions!! Side note: I love watching Avery gain more and more confidence in the things she does! 💕
I love the honest feedback from the new faces at the end, love that they didn’t hold back or sugarcoat anything and told it how it TI is. Lose the atitudes guys like I’m just tryna figure out what are the attitudes actually about.. if you don’t want to be there just leave or if it’s that serious then beg your parents to leave instead of being miserable cause that’s how a few of you guys look. Relax, have fun, learn and complete the skills and listen to your coaches it’s really simple if you think about it.
Talking? RUN. Flyer hit the ground? RUN. EVERYONE not counting? RUN. Playing? RUN. Not clean on time? RUN. This is the only way they will get tired of playing around, most girls don’t want it as bad it shows! It’s frustrating hearing the coaches say stop talking, get clean, and to count. Everyone is not doing their job. THIS IS A TEAM AND AS A TEAM EVERYONE HAS TO DO THEIR JOB OR THEY WILL CONTINUE TO SUFFER AS A TEAM.
Continue to do the circle stunting with each stunting group to build confidence and make sure all the other girls are around the group spotting and counting
It doesn’t help the team when every single practice their are athletes missing. You can tell which ones never miss practice! They are learning new stunts and Lauren & Demi aren’t here! Lauren is exceptional at the moment aswell! And Avery is coming on so much, she just needs practice her flexibility. Plus every single group she practiced with had different counts so well done to her for keeping up! Also is annalisa from last season on the level 4 team? I thought I seen her on the showcase video
@@Nas00785 I believe they are on the team that is a level above this one(can't remember the name). At the start of the season, they announced that team and said it would only include an elite group of 12. It's confusing because that team has many of the same girls on it.
They need to make flyer safety a priority. It frustrates me everytime I see a flyers body hit the mat, yet the bases still have her foot in their hand. It's like no one has taught them how to catch the flyer. Also, there are only certain girls that seem concerned when a flyer drops. If Lanae is around, she's gonna make sure she runs in to catch the flyer. Some girls could be standing right next to the stunt(or even basing the stunt) and won't budge when they see the stunt falling.
They need another stunting, professional, or to go to a stunting school and yeah, I know stunting is hard but it can be done.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🥰 I think the counts need to be understood, and maybe start with basic stunting.
i keep saying the most important thing is mastering basic stunting technique but you keep telling them the most important thing is counting. now i love you and all but sis...
As a black only team they make our color look bad asf why is there playing and laughing when the Coach talking but that coach just isn’t fit for this age group if you look at the white cheer teams they don’t play around they get the job done and they have fun while doing it meanwhile watching this group nobody seems happy to want to be apart of the team I’m glad coach black is there bc if she wouldn’t be there they’ll look worse and worse and worse bases needs too be held accountable flyers as well everyone has a job too do there is no time for playing Ngl they look bad asf and I’m disappointed atp throw this team away
I have been a loyal supporter for years and what I can say is although these girls are improving, it is not being showcased properly. It it’s extremely important especially for these girls that they start running the routine with THEIR music. I can not stress enough that this sport is muscle memory and that music is as well. Think about the stress and anxiousness and nervousness those girls feel when they touch the stage, then to have to perform to music that their brains haven’t attached moves to will NEVER work. There is a recipe to success and I can appreciate you guys noticing and following the recipe but these girls will never be where they need to be unless the music is in their brains from NOW as well as accountability. The girls aren’t worried about missing practice because they know you guys need them. I say need because you guys often mention that there are other girls who can come but it never happens. I thought for sure at the first practice that y’all was for sure making it to that first comp. Girls there is not reason the younger girls looked competition ready and you didn’t , love you guys and pleaseeee LISTEN TO YOUR COACHES

I Absolutely Agree With Coach Black This Group Isn’t Ready Too Perform On The Matt Yet
They are dropping each other on the floor. Moving too quickly through the stunts without proper understanding.❤️

I thought Angelisa and Nadia came back too because I saw them in the parade video
@@Nas00785 same! I'm sitting up here looking for them and they not even in this video :(

Lenayyyyyy😂😂😂😂 girl almost took herself out lmaooo
Run full outs with strictly counting and hitting motions. The stronger the motions are the better it looks, counting is key! Know your counts!!
Then move onto tumbling & jumps only, and then stunting only to build up to actual full outs!!
@@The0nlymaia_they looked a messed
They are improving but so much needs to be put in place. Love yall❤ have a positive mindset and continue to strive and you will win.
Why are they not punished for dropping flyers?
