Hey Katherine! How is your winter going? I have finally stopped putting on weight but it has really taken quite an effort. I have to admit the side effects of the hormone-blocking treatment (going into month 20 now) are wearing me down. But I am setting some goals to keep motivated. 💪💪
If possible, try to stay away from as many carbs, especially processed, as possible. Aim for a daily intake of 70% healthy fats (butter, olive and avocado oils, etc), 20% protein, and 10% carbs, non starchy. No potatoes, rice, grains, sugar, vege oils. It keeps your blood sugar in check, and weight falls off! I think you’re looking good!
