- The process begins! Went to visit the campus of the University of San Francisco (USF) to see whether or not it was the right fit for me to attend there. I go over some of the pros and cons from my point of view from USF!

I just got my decision (I got in to fine arts) so I am watching every video available about this university, lol.
Do you know if it’s easy to change majors? When I applied, I thought for sure I wanted to do fine arts but now I am stuck on communications or journalism,
It’s pretty easy to switch majors! They’re really helpful. I don’t actually go to USF I’m still a junior in high school but I’ve been attending student panels for USF and they always say that you can switch majors easily there’s no pressure at all

Hii I'm planning to apply at USF for PsyD, I'm an international student from India. Are international students treated the same in USF? Does USF helps international students figure out things ?

Hello I’m from Minnesota and the University of San Francisco is my dream college. I have a GPA of about 3.0 and I’m a junior. I saw that it’s lower than the average gpa that the students have. Will I be able to get in? Or are my chances of getting in already killed.
I can't say forsure whether or not you'll get in, but it's slimmer than most. You don't have a lot of time years wise, but my advice would be to work as hard as you can your junior and senior year to get that 3.0 up to at least a 3.3 and your chances will sky rocket tremendously. Good luck!

Bro I am planning on applying for the biotechnology course.What are the job opportunities in this course after graduating from USF?
Honestly the job opportunities are endless in biotech especially in the bay area lol. It really depends on the concentration youre focused on really like a biochemist or clinical research. I work in a biotech firm in ssf and since its not too far from USF, it wont be too difficult for a job to come by

@@mrinalsubash8358 yes and no. Where you live is a biggie. If you dont mind commuting 45min+ then rent and everything else will be much cheaper than if you were to live in SF. But if youre pretty good at managing and saving your money, might be a different story. So many factors go into it but thats the best way i could put it lol

I got in and I really want to go but I am from NYC so the out of state tuition is way more $ and I’m not sure if I want to put myself in that much debt for undergrad but something makes me want to go ..
ayee congrats! Honestly it ultimately depends on what your goal is for college and after college. Is the cost of education and experience worth the debt youll have in the future? Everyones always gonna have their own opinion on this but if you think its worth paying that much for what youll get in return, i say go for it. Take that with a grain of salt but i hope this sort of helped lol
Since it is a private school, the cost of in-state and out of state is the same. If you mean like you're deciding between USF and a public school in the CUNY or SUNY system, then it really just depends on how willing you are to go into a good amount of debt for your education.

Do you know anyone who is an elementary education major? I would love to transfer to USF I am in my second semester at community college and I love the city of sf!
I dont know anyone personally who is an education major.. sorry but overall USF is a great school in general. Ive heard nothing but good things from everyone who goes there and went there so i cant imagine there education program being less than average.

I want to ask, Is it hard to get admission into USF? I want to apply for MS in Data science next year and Im from India
i'm not too sure on the qualifications or requirements for international students, but as a resident of California i want to say it wasn't too difficult. My GPA wasn't the best and i had very minimal extra circular activities outside of school. if you at least have a decent GPA and have completed everything to get into the program, i see no reason for you not to get into USF. One of the reasons why I don't want to go to USF is because I want to move down to socal. I don't want to live in the bay anymore lol

Hey I have a question is it possible to get a full rise scholarship Or can financial aid really give you alot if your a low income family ?
I wish I could give you a solid answer, but I really am not sure... I'm sure you'll receive some sort of financial aid through FAFSA or scholarship through the school with those circumstances, but I'm not 100% sure on how much you'll get. Sorry..
What is The minimum Lsat score they go for?
after some research, it looks like the min. sat score may be 1100 or so (give or take)
@@ChristianMastrile hmm Lsat score goes from 120 to 180.. MEdian is around 150.
@@fastlink sorry misread your question but youre correct. the median lsat score at USF is 153. cant seem to find the minimum requirement for them tho...
