I had the same thing earlier this month. What finally started the gunk moving out of my sinuses was the Neti pot. Hope you feel better soon. ❤

I'm sorry you're ill. In US, flu shots can be given to children 6 months and older (I am retired RN and did very many flu shot clinics). I hope you feel better soon. Maybe when you are feeling well, ask your doctor if you can get a flu shot now for the rest of the season.

So sorry you are feeling bad Mina . I had these same symptoms last year . Believe me when I say it took me 30 days to feel like my old self . You need to rest more . Are you taking any medications for sinus , congestion ,… ? It will help a lot . Your pottery was beautiful . You are so creative . I hope you feel better soon .

yes i called my dr this morning and she gave me a bunch of stuff for helping clear my sinuses

Maybe your flu went into a sinus infection, maybe time to see a dr? Looks like Layla has her mother’s artistic ability ;).

yeah i spoke to my dr this morning ... definitely something sinus related but not at the point of an infection yet.
