Nasrulah Arifuddin that’s not good ... did you try to restart your device? If that doesn’t work, you can do ‘hard reset’ turning your device off using home button and on/off button at the same time until the Apple logo appears! Let me know if it works or not!

If you want to fire just switch your weapon and then switch back
The Christmas weapons have reloading glitches so thats why you cant shoot theme
