thanks for showing the house. I love it. Here is the problem though... all the bedrooms ( except for master suites) are small. You know in the second house in backyard, the master suit bedroom should be that size for all the regular bedrooms. many of the regulat bedrooms are the size of closets.

The half bath in the bedroom, with the full bath in the hallway makes no sense when every other room has a private full bath. And the doors swinging outwards. Other than that, this is my dream house.

Nice house but both of them have wasted spaces and the layout is a bit choppy and a few bathrooms are a bit cramp.
