I went back and looked at Shard's opening statement. Shard said that a person claimed to be at the bus stop during the Nut shooting . He said that Shannon, Woody, and two other people were in the car. He identified them in line up pictures to Thorpe saying they met up after the hit. Gaither went on to inform Thorpe that the guy who gave the information wasn't giving his right name. Thorpe goes back to the guy and had him initial the pictures in his right name and ran with it to charge them. Surveillance went on to show NO ONE was on the bus stop across the street from the Barber shop and dude was lying. He even went on to name another set of people afterwards. They tried to charge Shannon before but it didn't stick. Shard said that their misinformation led to Shannon being shot
This trial is crazy weird the justice system should not have these loopholes to be guilty before the jury deliberates

I have listened to every day up to date 83.. and so far it seems to me the whole state including the judge has it set out for their to be a conviction..especially considering the judge sides with the state majority of their objections..to many things seems to be repetitive but the judge continues to allow it..the jury just wants it to be over at this point.
